EnhanceFitness is a group exercise program that will help you become more healthy, active, energized and avoid premature aging. You will surely enjoy looking at yourself in the mirror after a few months of such training.

In the EnhanceFitness program, you will experience:

  • 5-minute warm-up;
  • 25-minute aerobics workout;
  • 5-minute cool-down;
  • 25-minute strength training workout with soft ankle and wrist weights;
  • 10-minute stretching workout.

The duration of the classes is about 1 hour.
